Blueprint Homes is a Perth based home building company that has display homes in estates across Perth — from Mindarie to Lakelands. They approached Of Note Designs for a brand refresh, and as part of this we captured fresh new photography of the display homes for their website.
Our creative team decided that the photos needed to not only capture the details of the house, they should create an overall sense of ambiance that entices people to visualise it as their family home. We wanted the colours to feel warm and inviting but still very fresh.

We utilised bright, natural lighting to make each room feel open and spacious. We brought in models to create a ‘lived in’ feeling for the homes and captured them doing various day-to-day activities such as cooking dinner, playing in the yard and reading a book together.
