Of Note Creative Retainers are designed to be a flexible solution for your businesses graphic design and marketing needs. Hours are pre-purchased at a discounted fee and paid up-front. This allows our team to act as an extension of your business, assisting you with your graphic design needs each month. We track our used hours and report back to you on where time has been spent for transparency and to aid your marketing planning. Retainers also include project management time!

Used hours are tracked each month and a report is sent at the ending of each month. Any unused hours are rolled over, once, to the following month if that month is within the dates of the retained agreement.

The turnaround times per item ranges, we generally need between 3-7 business days notice depending on the scale of your project, however we will do our best to accommodate a faster turnaround wherever possible. Retainer clients are our VIP clients and will always get priority in our schedules.

Your retainer includes all facets of design and marketing; brochures, flyers, social advertisements, digital adverts, signage, document edits, maps, illustrations, copy writing, print management and more. New brand identity creation, paid advertising and third party assets such as front and image purchasing are unfortunately not included in retainers. Please contact us to quote for these separately.

Of Note Retainers are for a minimum term of three months, and are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time outside of this with 7 days written notice, however cancellation inside of the minimum term means a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Please see our full terms and conditions.
