Brand style guide
The Henry is an apartment development by Griffin Group located in inner southwest Adelaide. The brief was to create a fun, trendy and ‘old meets new’ brand identity that incorporated the heritage of the area.
For this brand, our designers utilised a variety of elements to create a ‘vintage with an urban twist’ identity. We presented three different logo concepts, each incorporating an illustrated depiction of the development’s namesake Henry Mooringe Boswarva. With no existing photo, our designers developed three different images of Henry, each adopting an old-world look and feel. The designs combined contemporary elements with retro accents to reflect the form of the development and the post-war architecture of the surrounding suburb. The colour palette is rich and warm, taking inspiration from the exterior design of the apartment, as well as the neighbouring properties.
